Y’all I hope in 2023 we are not still trying to keep up with the Jones’.
I mean fa real y’all… did we ever actually find out who those people were?
And let me just give a quick shout out to all the parents and families who didn’t go above and beyond their limits, cutting into their savings to give their children an unrealistic Christmas this year!
MVP!!!

I really do feel like the covid era showcased many things for the world, but one thing it taught me is that nothing is for certain…
It convicted old habits and traditions in me.. And the covid prices started to hit on another levelllllll! (It’s actually funny when people still try to blame long wait times and high prices on covid still)— AHT AHT cut that out!
But after so many people experienced financial loss during covid, the uprising of entrepreneurship proved that the impossible is beyond possible. And these people are so happy not having to commit to a 9-5 or report to anyone but themselves! - If this is you… MVP

And if this is your dream… Im believing in this dream with you!
During this era I started following someone by the name of Anthony O’Neal on social media… He is an influencer who pushes people to pursue financial freedom.
One thing I love is, he’s connected with and created space for so many people who are moving out of debt and living the life of their dreams, and using his platform for them to share their wisdom. Those who are living within their means because of their financial discipline are sharing the fruit of their seeds and I’m here for it!
So for the next 3 days I may be referring to his wisdom and insight...
Today I want to shed light on this video that he posted a while back about a couple who was able to get married on a $500 budget. Whether you watch 10 minutes or the whole video I want you to view this from the perspective of simplicity.
My challenge: Simple
Write down 5 things that you are going to commit to doing under budget this year?
5 things that you spent way too much money on this year that you can cut back on in the next 365. (Y’all eating out alone is one of the worst, yet most valuable habits to break!)
5 things that can be done as home projects instead of hiring insanely high contractors….
5 areas that you can connect with family and friends about who’ve been successful at accomplishing.
5 ways you can let your money work for you…. 5 ways your money can grow in your sleep!
Maybe there were some areas where you missed the mark in your finances this year... So let’s get back to it in 2023.
